Terms & Conditions of 1win in Uganda
The individual responsible has the authority to modify the limits and odds by either increasing or decreasing them. Bets can exclusively be placed using the balance in your account. When placing a bet, the equivalent amount will be deducted from your account balance. After the outcome of the bet is determined, any winnings will be reflected in your account.
If you share information about accepting bets, paying out winnings, the results of events, or any related matters, your bet will be considered invalid. This rule applies not just to individuals under 18 years old but also to their parents or guardians.
Types of Bets
We provide kinds of bets;
- Single Bet; This type of wager requires you to predict the result of an event, with your potential earnings calculated by multiplying your stake by the odds.
- Multiple Bet; In this format, you are tasked with forecasting the results of various events. Your total winnings are generated by multiplying your stake with the cumulative odds of all selected events.
Acceptance of Bets During the Match
In Uganda, bettors have the option to choose outcomes and combine several bets into an Express bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified. 1Win is not responsible for any discrepancies in event outcomes during the betting process. We recommend that customers check reliable sources, as live bets are unchangeable once placed.
Match Results, Date and Time
1Win does not take responsibility for inaccuracies regarding tournament names, event lengths, or any other betting-related information, as these are estimated figures. We encourage Ugandan customers to verify details of sports events with reliable sources.
Should a customer place a bet while aware of the outcome, that bet will be declared void. The resolution of betting disputes will occur following a thorough investigation. All activities related to the bets will be temporarily suspended as needed.
Amendment of Conditions
The company holds the right to make updates to the website without prior notification to customers based in Uganda.
Right of Demand
In regions where online gambling is prohibited by law, by accepting these terms, you acknowledge that we cannot ensure or provide guidance on the legality of accessing the website from your location.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Users in Uganda agree to the following conditions:
- By agreeing, you attest that any funds deposited into your betting account were obtained legally.
- You commit to conducting all transactions without any refusals or cancellations.
- Deposits will only be accepted from bank accounts, credit cards, or registered systems that are in your name. Breaching this rule may result in the forfeiture of winnings.
- Should a bank transfer be required to return funds, all related fees and costs will be borne by the recipient.
- You consent to not dispute, cancel, or reverse any account transactions. Any reimbursements you owe to us for funds will require you to cover all costs associated with processing your deposits.
